Sign-up to attend our new live-talk series celebrating Gucci Cosmos

Starting November 7, Gucci will be putting on ‘Gucci Cosmos Live’, hosted in the brand new Dazed Space

Earlier this month, Gucci brought the Cosmos exhibition from Shanghai to 180 Studios in London. Featuring a visual representation of the fashion house’s evolution over the years, the exhibition has been reimagined by curator Maria Luisa Frisa and artist and stage designer Es Devlin – who has crafted a unique setting that pays homage to London’s spirit and Guccio Gucci’s Florentine artisanal luggage atelier, which sparked his imagination in 1921.

Now, to continue the celebrations in honour of the opening, Gucci has curated a cultural events programme entitled Gucci Cosmos Live, that extends the stories from the show, bringing them to life in front of a live audience.

Taking form through a series of live panels, Gucci Cosmos Live will celebrate style and culture; legacy and future, and fashion and art. Open to the public, the panels will feature some of London’s creative communities and most prominent voices.

The first talk, “Sound, Light and Language”, is taking place on November 7 and will see host Hikari Yokoyama in conversation with panellist Errol, Coucou Chloe and Julian Knxx. Discussing the power of music and how it has formed universal creative languages, the panel will delve deep into each panelists’ expertise regarding the music industry.

Then, on November 15, Tim Blanks will be joined by Katie Grand, Campbell Addy and Holly Blakey for “Style, Symbolism and Storytelling”. Together they will unpack the eclectic world of Gucci, giving attendees the chance to gain insight from the fashion industry veterans.

The final talk, “Identity, Influence and Innovation” will be hosted by writer Afua Hirsch and will explore topics surrounding the cultural significance of clothes and the role they play in shaping communities and societies. Hirsch will be joined by Molly Manning Walker, Ronan Mckenzie and Yasmin Finney.

Each talk will start with a curator tour of the exhibition and end with a special evening of drinks and guest DJ sets.

Tickets are super limited and first come first serve. For the first talk on November 7, get your tickets here and stay tuned for tickets to the other upcoming talks.
